"Black Eye" by Lag Wagon - PUNK WEEK '23 - Day 6 of 8

Day 6 of Punk Week 2023 features a #drumcover of one of my teenage drum idols, original Lag Wagon drummer, Derrick Plourde, on the song, "Black Eye" from their album, "Hoss." This song is fast. The fill, in the beginning, is not easy to execute but was one of Derrick's signature, go-to fills. And the triplet fills at the end of the song are just as hard to play even at hmmm I guess it would be half-half time???

Anyway, I'm glad I was able to pull off a somewhat decent cover of this song. I searched YouTube and there aren't many good drum covers of this one, so I thought I'd take a stab at it. Let me know what you think of it in the comments, and please come back tomorrow for Day 7!!!
